Idea To Creation
All of my projects for this individual rotation (laser) were thoughtful and creative. I spent a lot of time thinking of ideas for my project. Each project has either creativity and/or something I find interesting and enjoyable to myself.

Setting Up Equipment and UCP
First I had to set up my thickness of the mat board and diameter of my water bottle and other print setting. After that, I opened the UCP software to make sure everything was right. I moved the designs into the upper right corner. Then, I made sure that the laser was pointed on the material so it didn't laser off the material. For the water bottle I had to use a rotary jig because it was a 360 degree print.
The Laser Cutouts and Engravings
Final Projects
For my notebook, I got creative. I decided to put a bunch of random shapes together and cut it out. It turned out to look very nice and amazing. On the back, I decided to apply our school into a very unique design. I took to letter "A" in both "Waunakee" and "Warriors" and crossed them. The back also turned out to be amazing. For my water bottle, I used my favorite sport and my favorite thing to do during free time and put it on my water bottle. I used my favorite NBA players and their logos to creative a unique design. I took the player and either put there logo on the top of them or the bottom.
What Did I Learn?
This rotation group is the most challenging one. It is challenging because there is a lot of different projects to do and very time consuming. We had four days to do three projects, so you basically had to have a project done each day. I learned how to find measurements of a non-flat material. I also learned how to use the rotary jig during my water bottle project. I learned about a new website called thingiverse. Thingiverse is a website where you could take their designs and transfer them over to the software, where then you could use the laser to cut them out and creative a 3D design. Overall, I enjoyed this rotation and the things I created were useful and fun things.
